Chris
Operations Director
Chris has more than 6 years' experience in the security and electrical industries, with a strong track record on high-security prison projects in Australia. An electrician by trade, Chris brings extensive hands-on experience with alarm systems, door automation and advanced security sensor technology.
Before founding CrimDefend in Spain with Andrew and bringing Crimsafe from Australia to the Spanish market, Chris built a reputation for carrying out complex, high-security installations with precision and reliability.
Now based in Arenys de Mar, in the Maresme, Chris runs operations nationwide, combining technical work in the field with project and team management to make sure every installation meets the highest standards.
Outside work, Chris is very hands-on and enjoys DIY projects, gardening, spending time with animals and following football. A problem-solving mindset drives everything Chris does, always focused on finding practical, effective solutions.
Andrew
Sales Director
Andrew has more than 15 years' experience in sales, with a strong track record in the technology sector and wide experience in account management, building business relationships and business development.
Before founding CrimDefend in Spain with Chris and introducing Crimsafe from Australia to the Spanish market, Andrew held a range of sales roles at technology companies, always focused on understanding customers' needs and offering tailored solutions that drive long-term growth.
Now based in Sabadell, Andrew leads sales nationwide, combining strategic thinking with a practical, customer-focused approach, building strong relationships and making sure every customer gets the right solution for their specific needs.
Outside work, Andrew is passionate about photography and cooking. A friendly, approachable personality and a strong customer focus make Andrew a key part of the team.
Claudia
Marketing
Claudia brings a strong commercial background, with many years in sales and more than 5 years specialising in marketing. Claudia's experience covers digital strategy, design, SEO and digital advertising, for a complete, practical approach to growing brands.
Before joining CrimDefend, Claudia worked in solar energy, a highly technical field built around home installations, much like Crimsafe, gaining solid experience in customer-focused solutions and product communication. Claudia's career started in sales in the travel industry, which built strong commercial and customer-service skills.
Born and based in Sabadell, Claudia combines strong knowledge of the local market with a broad digital outlook to support marketing strategy nationwide.
Outside work, Claudia enjoys cycling. An analytical mindset and a focused, consistent approach make Claudia a key part of the marketing team.
Mercè
Finance and Administration
Mercè has more than 10 years' experience as a lawyer, followed by a move into freelance work advising small businesses. Alongside this, Mercè runs a business called Forget the Office while also supporting the CrimDefend team.
This background combines legal expertise with practical business support, giving a solid understanding of both regulatory compliance and day-to-day operational needs.
Based in Arenys de Mar, in the Maresme, Mercè works closely with the team on finance and administration, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside work, Mercè enjoys yoga and spending time with animals. A calm, reliable approach makes Mercè a steady, trusted member of the team.
